• Take 10-20 drops of Nutrana Silver Plus twice a day to help strengthen your immune system.
• Avoid processed foods.
• Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily (drink only filtered or distilled water while taking Nutrana Silver Plus).
• Exercise regularly (consult your physician).
• Focus your diet on whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables; and lean proteins, like nuts, avocado, fish and poultry.

Instructions for Morgellons, Lyme Disease, MRSA, and Candida Sufferers

• Always take NutranaSilver Plus with filtered or distilled water (NEVER tap or mineral water).
• Servings should be taken once in the morning, once at midday, and once before bed.
• Never apply NutranaSilver Plus directly to a Morgellons lesion as new lesions may form elsewhere.
• For best results, begin the course with enough NutranaSilver Plus to finish without any lapses in servings (usually 8 or more bottles).

Important: If you begin to feel flu-like symptoms, DO NOT stop taking NutranaSilver Plus. Mearly decrease your intake by 10 drops per serving until the symptoms pass, and then continue on like normal. This is known as a “herx reaction” and is simply the result of NutranaSilver Plus working too quickly.
